When I explained my situation they had a sample emailed to me within hours. I was able to make changes and have a finished product that day. With all the craziness it is awesome to have someone make your day a little easier. I am in love with these and they will go great at our thoroughbread horse farm venue. I will post pictures day of.

Frequently asked questions
How are your files sent?
Most of the files in our shop are customized by me. Once you place your order and send your text information, I send first proofs to you in 2-3 business days via e-mail.
Once you are happy with the files, I send over final print-ready PDFs for printing or if you prefer that Howl handles the printing, we set that up at that time.
Can I change the colors or text on the items?
Absolutely! Most changes such as color and text do not cost any additional. We are happy to make these changes for you, and understand that they are necessary as each wedding and event is unique.
If you are needing sizing or major design changes to an item, please inquire before purchasing so we can give you an accurate quote.
What is your turnaround time?
Once you have purchased an item and sent your information, it typically takes 2-3 business days for us to send first proofs. Second and third proofs are typically on a similar timeline.
Please allow at least 5-7 business days for the entire process if you have a bridal suite. Smaller items such as menus or thank you cards typically only take 3-5 days.
If you have a specific deadline, please let us know beforehand and we will do our best to make it happen!
For printed items, printed goods are sent 8 business days after payment is received on Etsy. Items are sent with tracking.
